Who is responsible

What this experiment collects
The form collects your email address, the choices and short text you submit, the page and campaign source, and the exact consent wording shown to you. The care route uses structured choices and collects no open description of another person.
Please do not submit names, precise addresses, diagnoses, medical details or other private information about another person.
Why it is collected
We use the submission to study which everyday situations Resonansia should support first, assess whether the returned step is useful, and contact you about this research round. The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored in Germany on infrastructure operated for Kugghuset AB. Experiment records are kept for 90 days and then deleted, unless you separately ask to join continuing Resonansia work.
Optional Meta measurement
Meta tracking stays off unless you select the optional measurement box and complete the form. With consent, the page may load the Meta Pixel and send a Lead event, the page URL and browser identifiers to Meta. Your email and opportunity answers are not sent to Meta by this page. Meta processes the event under its own terms and privacy notice.
AI and submitted text
The first Opportunity Card is assembled in your browser with explicit rules. Your submitted text is not sent to an external AI model in this experiment.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, export or deletion, withdraw consent, or object to how your information is handled. Email info@kugghuset.se with the subject “Resonansia data request”. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
